All digital backdrops and creative assets purchased from this shop include a Standard Commercial License.

This license grants permission to use the files in both personal and commercial client work, while protecting the creator’s copyright.

✔ Allowed

  • Use in client sessions and commissioned work
  • Create unlimited final artworks
  • Use in printed products (albums, cards, wall art)
  • Use in social media content and marketing materials
  • Edit, retouch, color-grade, crop, and combine with other elements

✘ Not Allowed

  • Resell, gift, or share the original digital files
  • Upload files to marketplaces (Etsy, Shopify, Creative Market, Amazon, etc.)
  • Create new digital products using the files as-is
  • Use the files to train AI models or datasets
  • Claim the original backdrop as your own creation

💡 Important Notes

  • The license applies to the final edited images only.
  • Copyright always remains with the creator.
  • Each purchase includes one license per buyer. If multiple photographers in a studio need access, each must purchase their own license.

All items in this shop are digital downloads.
No physical products will be shipped.

After PurchaseYou receive instant access to your files and can download them anytime from your account or order email.

File IssuesIf something doesn’t download or a file appears corrupted, contact me and I’ll re-send it right away.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

However — if you experience technical difficulties, download problems, or receive an incorrect file, I will always help and resend your purchase.

All backdrops and designs are original creative works protected by copyright.

You may use them in your photography and client work, but the source files cannot be redistributed, resold, or repackaged under any circumstances.

To protect creative work and maintain exclusivity, it is strictly forbidden to:

  • Upload files to any AI training platform
  • Use them as dataset material
  • Include them in model-training pipelines
  • Personal use: Included
  • Commercial client work: Included
  • Use in mass-produced or retail products: Allowed for final images but not for selling the files themselves
  • Use in educational materials: Allowed only for final edited artworks, not for raw files
